Theoretical Alignment

I work with mostly play therapy and emotion focused therapy. I let a client guide me where they need to go while helping provide new insight, clarity, and corrective experiences.

Experience

I have spent significant time teaching children in various settings and worked as a Registered Behavior Technician doing ABA therapy. I spent a year and a half working at a residential adolescent psychiatric facility.

Current Work

I specialize in working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma and grief. I work hard to give children and teens a space to be their unfiltered selves and work towards emotional growth and healing.

Education

For my undergraduate studies, I attended Eastern Washington University, Arizona State University, and graduated from Old Dominion University in Virginia Beach. I have two undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies.

I am a Gonzaga Graduate Program alum with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health. Currently, I am working towards becoming a certified play therapist while specializing in emotion focused work.
